  18.     I would like to remove PAL & NTCS .monitor & ScreenModeID but I don't
  19. find how to do that.

  21.     I got a 17'' monitor wich can't display PAL & NTCS so I want to remove
  22. this monitore so that they no longuer appers in asl requester and
  23. (most inportant) they can't be choosen/returned by BestModeID().
  24.     This is very annoying especialy with (good) viewer wich get often PAL
  25. ID and use an undisplayable screen mode.
